Hilton Garden Inn Knoxville West/Cedar Bluff

We stopped here as it was halfway to our destination and came in super late (3am). The online check in was super convenient so we didn’t need to stop at the desk. We were greeted immediately when walking in she saw we had done online check in but offered us bottles of water for the room which was appreciated. Room was clean, spacious and did the job. It was quiet even when we were sleeping later than maybe most would. The rate was comparable to the other hotels in the area. The staff when checking out were very kind as well. Some minor things were a little outdated and I do wish there was key card access required after a certain time but overall a good quick stay and would stay longer.

Stayed 2 nights for a work trip. Perfect location. Room seems recently remolded. Absolutely zero complaints. Would stay here again without hesitation.

So, this was my first time staying here at this hotel. I met Sharon as we came in & she helped us get a room for the weekend, she was super nice. Then we, they are dog friendly, met Mr. Ron who ran the front desk & helped us with everything! His energy vibe is super cool! I then met Shawnna & Nick, who run the restaurant side of the hotel. If you decide to stay here, I definitely recommend letting Nick do his thing for you on the food side, if you can't make up your mind & you won't be disappointed. They do have a gym with free weights & cables. There is also an indoor pool & a hot tub outside. As well as a place to do your laundry. Breakfast isn't included but its worth the $10. We have stayed at probably close to 40 hotels within the last 3 months & this one is by far the best one yet! Thanks for having an awesome atmosphere! Stay Blessed, Love y'all! My first impression of this hotel was good. The lobby was nice. There's a small bar in the corner. The staff were friendly. My room seemed a bit dark and dated. One of the reading lamps by the bed was not working. the room was clean and quiet so it worked out fine but just seemed in need of a refresh.

Very friendly staff and all well run. Hotel is lower end and slightly outdated but all was good. Breakfast in lobby. Nice fireplace and seating to hang out in lobby if traveling with family and friends. Nice landscaping outside.

Wish I could have gotten a king bed being so tall but no big deal. But the place is clean and taken care of inside and out. The staff is really nice morning and night. Might be a bit more but. You Have a restaurant/bar if you don't want to go out or you have multiple places across a parking lot. Very short walking distance. So you pay for that but to me it was worth it. Pillows and beds are comfortable

Absolutely wonderful flying visit to Knoxville to meet friends. Flew in from England and after a horrible trip, was welcomed by the wonderful Jodie who went out of her way to make me welcome and comfortable at 3am. 12/20/2025 Many thanks also to the gentleman on the morning shift, following, the chef and the young lady serving at breakfast and not forgetting Ziggy who checked me out and looked after my bags while I had a photoshoot with the amazing Mr and Mrs Claus. Thank you all so much for making my arrive to the United States more welcoming than I could have imagined.

I stay there quite frequently and I love it. The staff is very friendly and even knows my dog by name. The food is delicious and I always look forward to getting a steak when I stay.
